Elected to Member of Parliament Tonga – People’s Representative for Tongatapu Proposed Manifesto outlining Constitutional Amendments in Tongan Law to affect Democratic Change in Tonga which was finally enacted and assented in 2010, with Tonga’s first Democratic elections carried out in 2010
